Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet as International Rates Decline
Gold prices in Pakistan have dropped due to a decline in international rates. On Tuesday, gold price per tola fell by Rs4,300 to reach Rs427,436. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs366,457 after it decreased by Rs3,687.
The local market's drop followed the international rate of gold, which declined by $43 to reach $4,050 per ounce with a premium of $20. The price of silver also dropped, falling by Rs174 to reach Rs6,223 per tola.
This decline is in line with the decrease observed on Monday when gold price per tola reached Rs431,736 after gaining Rs4,000 during the day.
