Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet by Rs15,100 per Tola Amid Global Decline

Gold prices in Pakistan have taken a significant hit, plummeting by Rs15,100 per tola on Saturday. The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) released rates showing that gold now costs Rs467,936 per tola, while 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs12,946 to reach Rs401,179.

The decline in gold prices comes after a period of stability on Friday, when the domestic and international markets saw no changes. In contrast, the international market has seen gold fall by $151 to $4,454 per ounce, including a $20 premium.

Notably, silver prices have also decreased locally, dropping by Rs397 to Rs7,112 per tola.
