Pakistan Gold Prices Plunge Amid Global Downturn
Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Friday, following the global market trend. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), gold price per tola dropped by Rs4,600, reaching Rs427,436.
The decline was also seen in 10-gram gold, which fell by Rs3,944 to reach Rs366,457. On Thursday, the price of gold per tola had decreased by Rs1,800 to Rs432,036.
The international rate of gold also declined, dropping by $46 to reach $4,050 per ounce with a premium of $20. Silver prices in Pakistan also saw a decline, decreasing by Rs61 to reach Rs6,309 per tola.
