Pakistan Gold Prices Plunge Amid Global Market Decline
Gold prices in Pakistan plummeted on Saturday, dropping by Rs5,600 per tola to Rs456,736. The price of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs4,801 per 10 grams, falling to Rs391,577.
The decline in local gold prices coincided with a significant drop in the international market, where gold fell by $56 to $4,342 per ounce. This has caused concerns among investors and consumers alike.
Silver prices also declined in the domestic market, dropping by Rs253 per tola to Rs6,871. The rate for 10 grams of silver fell by Rs217 to Rs5,890.
