Pakistan Gold Prices Soar Amid Global Market Gains

Gold prices in Pakistan surged on Saturday, following their increase in the international market. The price of gold per tola reached Rs457,136 after a gain of Rs400 during the day, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). This marks a significant increase from Friday's rate of Rs456,736, which had declined by Rs5,600. Additionally, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs391,920 after accumulating Rs343.

The international rate of gold also saw an increase of $4, reaching $4,346 per ounce earlier today. This global trend has a direct impact on the local market, causing prices to fluctuate accordingly. Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan have also seen a rise, increasing by Rs53 to reach Rs6,924 per tola.
