Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded sharply on July 31, 2026, as international bullion markets recovered by $30 per ounce. The price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs3,000 per tola, reaching Rs430,436 from the previous day's rate of Rs427,436.

The price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams also rose significantly, increasing by Rs2,572 to Rs369,029, up from Rs366,457 a day earlier. This increase comes after a period of volatility in the domestic bullion market, with gold prices fluctuating in line with movements in international markets and changing investor sentiment.

Market analysts expect any further movement in international gold prices, along with changes in the exchange rate, to continue affecting local bullion prices in the coming days. They noted that gold remains a preferred investment during uncertain times, making domestic prices highly sensitive to developments in global financial markets.
