Gold prices in Pakistan's local market have surged by Rs4,200 per tola following a rise of $42 to $4,415 per ounce in the international market.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that the price of 24-karat gold has reached Rs463,936 per tola.
Additionally, silver rates have increased by Rs146 to Rs7,111 per tola, with 10-gram silver rates also rising by Rs125 to Rs6,096.
