Gold prices in Pakistan slipped lower on August 4, 2026, as international bullion rates also dropped. The price of 24-karat gold decreased to Rs427,936 per tola from Rs428,436 in the previous session, a decline of Rs500.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also fell by Rs428 to Rs366,886, down from Rs367,314 a day earlier. This decrease comes as spot gold eased by $5 per ounce to $4,055 compared to the previous session's price of $4,060.

Analysts pointed out that global economic indicators and geopolitical developments will continue to influence precious metal prices worldwide. The bullion market is expected to remain closely focused on these factors, which could determine its near-term direction.
