Petrobangla Seeks Six Spot LNG Cargoes Amid Ongoing Middle East Crisis
Bangladesh's state-owned energy company Petrobangla is seeking bids for six spot liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes. The move aims to secure fuel for Bangladesh's power plants amid the ongoing Middle East crisis.
Rupantarita Prakritik Gas (RPGCL), a unit of Petrobangla, has called for tenders for the spot LNG shipments. This is not the first time RPGCL has sought additional spot LNG supplies in recent weeks.
