Petronas Strengthens LNG Partnership with JOGMEC
Petronas LNG Ltd (PLL) has solidified its position as Japan's reliable liquefied natural gas (LNG) supplier through a Master Sales and Purchase Agreement (MSPA) with the Japan Organisation for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC).
The agreement, which reflects Petronas' ongoing commitment to delivering energy solutions, was signed during the LNG Producer and Consumer Conference 2026.
Petronas executive vice president and chief executive officer of gas and maritime business, Datuk Adif Zulkifli, highlighted the strength of trust built between Petronas and JOGMEC over many years.
The MSPA establishes a more agile framework for future LNG supply arrangements, allowing Petronas to respond to evolving energy needs and contribute to greater supply resilience.
