Polymetals Resources (ASX:POL) has been working to improve production performance at its Endeavor silver-zinc-lead mine in New South Wales. The company restarted operations at the mine in June 2025, and since then, revenue has increased to $45.8 million in the June 2026 quarter.

The improvement is attributed to the restart of operations, debt reduction, and stronger silver market conditions. Polymetals Resources has implemented a dual revenue model, which includes producing direct shipping ore from higher-grade areas and generating revenue from zinc concentrate and silver-lead concentrate through processing activities.

The company's exposure to zinc and lead provides additional commodity diversification, while its focus on improving production consistency and extending mine life is expected to support future financial performance. Polymetals Resources holds a significant mineral resource base at Endeavor, containing approximately 16.3 million tonnes, including around 41.4 million ounces of silver.
