Power LNG and Enestas Form Strategic Partnership for Galveston LNG Hub
Power LNG and Mexico-based LNG infrastructure company Enestas have formed a strategic partnership to accelerate LNG infrastructure development at the Port of Galveston, Texas. The collaboration aims to advance Power LNG's Harborside Terminal and Project Seawolf, a planned LNG liquefaction and marine bunkering facility on Pelican Island.
Enestas will provide capital, LNG transportation and storage equipment, and downstream operating expertise for the projects. This partnership will enable near-term LNG truck loading and distribution while Project Seawolf is developed, serving marine bunkering, virtual pipeline customers, industrial users, and LNG export markets across the Gulf Coast, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Project Seawolf is intended to become a regional LNG hub supporting marine fueling, truck loading, virtual pipeline distribution, and international exports. Its location within the growing Port of Galveston cruise, cargo, and energy corridor makes it an attractive site for future development.
