Iranian Speaker Mohammad Qalibaf has issued a stark warning to the United States regarding its military threats against Iranian oil and gas assets. In a message posted on his X account, Qalibaf highlighted the vulnerability of Iran's oil and gas production chain, stating that it is 'sprawling, accessible, and exposed.'

Qalibaf warned that any US strike on Iranian assets would be met with retaliatory attacks on American interests. He reminded Washington that previous bases attacked by Iran are no longer operational.

The warning comes in response to threats issued by US War Secretary Pete Hegseth, who claimed that the US could destroy and sink Iranian oil tankers if they were attacked.
