Rosenstiel Elected to Lead USGBC in Developing Global Markets
Jon Rosenstiel, a member of the Stephenson County Farm Bureau and also serving on the IL Corn Marketing Board, was elected as secretary-treasurer to the U.S. Grains and BioProducts Council (USGBC) during its 66th annual board of delegates meeting on August 7.
Rosenstiel will provide leadership for the international trade organization in developing global markets for U.S. corn, ethanol, distillers grains, and other products.
He expressed his honor to serve in this leadership role, stating that Illinois farmers depend on strong international partnerships, and he looks forward to working with fellow farmer leaders and industry partners to build relationships, expand market opportunities, and ensure customers recognize the quality, reliability, and sustainability of U.S. grain and bio-based products.
