Russia Halts Gas Supply to Armenia for Pipeline Maintenance
Gazprom Armenia CJSC has announced that natural gas supply from Russia to Armenia will be temporarily suspended due to planned maintenance work on the North Caucasus-Transcaucasia pipeline. The suspension is set to last from September 15 to 25, affecting the flow of Russian natural gas through this pipeline.
However, Gazprom Armenia assures that uninterrupted and reliable supply to Armenian consumers will continue without restrictions during this period. This is made possible by drawing on domestic reserves as well as an additional amount of natural gas being supplied from Iran.
