Russian LNG Exports Surge to Record Highs in First Four Months
Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports have seen an increase of nearly 9 percent in the first four months of this year, according to the Russian Ministry of Energy.
The country's LNG shipments reached a total of 11.4 million metric tons during this period, with a notable surge in exports destined for European markets.
The rise in demand and changing supply dynamics are driving these changes, as Moscow works to maintain its share in foreign markets and bolster revenues from the energy sector.
