Sabine Royalty Trust Declares Lower Monthly Distribution for September
The Sabine Royalty Trust has announced its monthly cash distribution for September 2026. The trust declared $0.331680 per unit, payable to holders of its units of beneficial interest on September 29, 2026. To be eligible, unit holders must be recorded as such by September 15, 2026.
The distribution is primarily based on oil production for June 2026 and gas production for May 2026. Preliminary production volumes are approximately 39,647 barrels of oil and 1,094,091 Mcf of gas. The average prices for these commodities are around $79.10 per barrel of oil and $2.33 per Mcf of gas.
This month's distribution is lower than the previous one due to decreased production levels and lower oil prices. However, higher natural gas pricing slightly offset this decrease. According to the trust, revenues received after August 25th will be posted within 30 days of receipt.
