Sabine Royalty Trust's September Distribution Plummets to 33 Cents Amid Production Declines
Sabine Royalty Trust (SBR) announced its monthly cash distribution for September 2026, which fell to $0.331680 per unit due to decreased oil and natural gas production, as well as lower oil pricing.
The distribution primarily reflects June 2026 oil production and May 2026 gas production, with preliminary volumes of approximately 39,647 barrels of oil and 1,094,091 Mcf of gas at average prices of $79.10 per barrel and $2.33 per Mcf.
About $199,000 of August revenue will be posted in the following month, while roughly $1,141,000 in revenue has been received since the close of business in August, supporting future distributions.
