Sapphire Expands LNG Footprint with Edge Acquisition

Sapphire Gas Solutions has expanded its vertically integrated LNG supply business by acquiring EDGE LNG. The acquisition adds approximately 200,000 gallons/day of modular liquefaction capacity to Sapphire's operations.

The deal marks a significant expansion for Sapphire, which now has access to more capacity to meet growing demand for distributed energy.

Sapphire Gas Solutions is based in Conroe, TX, and EDGE LNG was also based in Texas. The exact financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
