Saudi Arabia Temporarily Suspends East-West Oil Pipeline Operations
Saudi Arabia has temporarily suspended operations on its East-West oil pipeline as a precautionary measure following an attack on a section of the pipeline in the Medina and Riyadh areas.
The ministry reported that several people were injured during the attacks, and emergency teams took safety measures shortly afterward.
The East-West pipeline plays a crucial role in transporting Saudi oil from the eastern part of the country to the port of Yanbu on the Red Sea coast, with a daily capacity of 7 million barrels.
