Saudi Aramco Jazan Complex Damaged in Yemeni Missile Attacks: Satellite Images Show Extensive Damage

New satellite imagery suggests that Yemeni missile and drone attacks have caused extensive damage at Saudi Aramco's Jazan complex. The facility, which has a capacity of 400,000 barrels per day, had previously shut down after its tank farm and power complex were damaged.

The images appear to show at least three oil-storage tanks completely destroyed, two others significantly damaged, and one pressurised-product storage sphere eliminated. Aramco has not confirmed these specific figures, but the destruction is evident in the satellite images.

Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman reportedly warned US President Donald Trump that attacks on Iranian energy infrastructure could trigger even greater retaliation against Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states. Following this warning, Trump cancelled a planned bombing campaign against Iran after Riyadh, Qatar, and the UAE urged restraint.
