Saudi Oil Loading Drops 40% Amid Yemen's Naval Blockade

A recent maritime intelligence report has revealed that crude oil loading at Saudi Arabia's Yanbu port has decreased by approximately 40% since July 19, coinciding with an intensified naval blockade imposed by Yemen. According to the Al-Masirah news agency, citing Windward, a significant drop in loading activities was observed at the Red Sea oil port.

The blockade has led to increased tensions between Saudi Arabia and Yemen, with the latter claiming its actions are a response to the former's blockade. Since Monday, 16 Saudi ships have been forced to turn back after being denied passage through the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.
