Saudi Oil Logistics Disrupted Again by Yemeni Forces in Red Sea
Saudi Arabia's oil logistics have been affected once again by threats from Yemeni forces in the Red Sea, according to American news agency Bloomberg.
The kingdom, the world's largest oil exporter, is being forced to reconsider how its oil reaches customers around the globe due to these threats.
To avoid a strait near Yemen at the southern end of the Red Sea, Saudi oil tankers are now taking long journeys around Africa.
Millions of barrels of Saudi crude are being shipped northward through the Red Sea while Middle Eastern shipments are also being offered to China for pick-up from a strait near the Arabian Gulf.
