Saudi Oil Tankers Redirect Around Houthi-Threatened Waters
Six tankers in a Bahri VLCC flotilla have changed course to avoid Houthi threats in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, which remains closed to Saudi oil exports.
The Bahri chief executive, Ahmed Ali Al-Subaey, was not quoted as saying anything specific about the change in route.
The tankers appeared to turn south on Thursday, according to a TradeWinds correspondent.
