Saudi Strikes and Houthi Attacks Drive Oil Prices Higher Amid Supply Worries
Oil prices rose by nearly 1% on Monday after fresh attacks on Saudi Arabian energy infrastructure stoked supply worries.
The strikes, which included dozens of missiles and drones fired at a military airbase in southern Saudi Arabia, were carried out by Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels in retaliation for Saudi airstrikes in Yemen.
Brent futures rose $1.07 to settle at $105.68 per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose $1.34 to settle at $101.39.
