Seatrium Lines Up Third FLNG Conversion Assignment with Golar LNG
Golar LNG has booked Seatrium for its third potential floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) conversion project, building on their long-standing partnership.
The Singapore-headquartered offshore solutions provider will advance technical design development and project definition activities with Golar LNG to finalize an engineering, procurement, and construction contract in the second half of 2026.
This follows the delivery of FLNG Hilli Episeyo in 2017 and FLNG Gimi in 2023, both of which are currently operational vessels converted from LNG carriers.
