Sempra Infrastructure Locks In 20-Year LNG Deal with Petrobras
Sempra Infrastructure has signed a significant 20-year deal to supply Petrobras, a Brazilian energy company, with liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The agreement will provide approximately 0.8 million tonnes per annum of LNG, sourced from the Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project in Texas.
This marks the first time a South American company has joined Sempra Infrastructure's LNG customer portfolio, according to Justin Bird, CEO of Sempra Infrastructure.
