Silver Futures Fall Amid Weak Trends, Slumping by Rs 271
Silver futures on the MCX saw a decline of 0.12% in September delivery, resulting in a price drop of Rs 271 to Rs 2.17 lakh per kilogram. This decrease was attributed to subdued domestic demand and weak global trends affecting the precious metal.
Traders noted that lower demand in the domestic market, combined with weak overseas trends, put pressure on white metal prices. The business turnover for this trade was 12,973 lots.
