Silver Futures Plummet to Rs 2,29,795/kg as Investors Reduce Bets
Silver futures prices fell by Rs 1,062 to Rs 2,29,795 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) as participants reduced their bets.
The MCX September delivery contracts declined by 0.46% in a business turnover of 846 lots.
Analysts attributed the sell-off to participants mainly weighing on silver prices, despite globally, the white metal trading 1.35% higher at USD 60.78 per ounce in New York.
