Silver futures prices rose by 1.09% to Rs 2.33 lakh per kg in the futures trade on Monday, according to market data.
The increase was driven by a firm global trend and fresh positions built up by participants, analysts said.
The white metal for September delivery increased by Rs 2,514 in a business turnover of 1,496 lots.
