Silver Futures Settle Marginally Lower Amid Participant Sell-Off
Silver futures experienced a slight decline on Thursday in futures trade, settling marginally lower than the previous day's prices. The September delivery contracts for silver saw a decrease of 0.01 per cent in a business turnover of 6,876 lots.
The analysts pointed out that a sell-off by participants mainly weighed on silver prices. As a result, the white metal traded at Rs 2,39,607 per kilogram.
Globally, silver was trading 0.35 per cent lower at $68.35 per ounce in New York.
