Silver Price Prediction: Bullish Setup Points to $74 and Potentially $102
Silver's price has been fluctuating around $68 per ounce after attempting to break past $70 earlier this week. Despite its drop, it remains up over 17% this month since bouncing from around $55.
The metal's price action is influenced by the stronger dollar and higher bond yields, as well as anticipation of upcoming economic data releases, particularly Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh's speech at Jackson Hole on Friday.
A technical analysis using Elliott Wave theory suggests that the advance from July's low can be counted as a completed five-wave impulse. This setup indicates that a three-wave pullback is likely, with the next price target at $74 and potentially reaching $102 if it breaks through subsequent resistance levels.
However, a breakdown below key support zones around $60.51 or $52.54 could invalidate this bullish interpretation and signal a more significant decline toward deeper support levels.
