Silver Price Tumbles Below $66 Amid US Dollar Recovery
The price of Silver (XAG/USD) plummeted by 2.3% on Thursday, falling to near $65.80 in the European trading session.
This decline came as the US Dollar (USD) showed signs of recovery, with investors awaiting the release of the United States Producer Price Index (PPI) data for August at 12:30 GMT.
The US PPI is expected to rise by 5.3% Year-on-Year (YoY), exceeding July's 4.7%, while the core PPI is seen higher at 4.6% YoY from the previous reading of 4.2%.
