Looking at historical data, the trend of silver prices in Jalgaon for July showed a falling trend, with prices dropping to ₹2,39,900 per kilogram by the end of the month. In contrast, May saw a rising trend, with prices reaching ₹3,10,100 and then settling at ₹2,98,000.

The purity of silver is typically expressed in fineness, indicating the percentage of pure silver in an alloy. Fine silver contains 99.9% silver content, while sterling silver contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals.
