Silver Prices Edge Higher on July 29 Amid Shift in Market Sentiment

Silver prices rose on July 29, according to FXStreet data. The metal traded at $57.92 per troy ounce, up 1.36% from Tuesday's price of $57.14.

This increase marks a reversal in the metal's fortunes for the year, which has seen silver prices decline by 18.52% since the start of 2023.

The Gold/Silver ratio, which shows the number of ounces of Silver needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, stood at 69.73 on Wednesday, down from 70.50 on Tuesday.
