Silver Prices Plummet Amid Global Economic Uncertainty
Silver prices have fallen to $63.10 per troy ounce on August 19, down 0.38% from Tuesday's price of $63.35.
This decline marks a 11.23% decrease in silver prices since the beginning of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio, which indicates the number of ounces of Silver needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, has increased to 69.02 on Wednesday from 68.42 on Tuesday.
Silver is a widely traded precious metal among investors, often used as a store of value and medium of exchange.
