Silver prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCE) declined by ₹903 (0.37%) to ₹2,43,317 per kg in futures trade on Tuesday.
This decline was largely due to participants reducing their bets on the white metal.
The September silver contracts for delivery fell by ₹903 or 0.37% to ₹2,43,317 per kg with a turnover of 1,702 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 1.04% down at $68.22 per ounce in New York on the same day.
