Silver Prices Soar on High Turnover
Silver futures prices rose on Tuesday due to high turnover in the futures trade. The white metal for December delivery increased by Rs 1,003, with a business turnover of 1,708 lots.
The price rise was led by fresh positions built up by participants, according to analysts. This indicates that market sentiment is bullish and investors are optimistic about silver's prospects.
In the overseas market, silver futures decreased 0.05 per cent to $66.13 per ounce. However, this decline did not affect the price rise in the Indian market.
