Silver Prices Surge 3.06% on August 12
Silver prices rose on August 12, according to FXStreet data. The price of Silver (XAG/USD) increased by 3.06% to $66.56 per troy ounce from Tuesday's $64.58.
This rise comes after a year-long decline, with Silver prices decreasing by 6.36% since the beginning of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio, which indicates how many ounces of Silver are needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, stood at 66.32 on Wednesday, down from 67.64 on Tuesday.
