Silver Prices Take Hit on Weak Global Trends
Silver futures prices have taken a hit, declining by 0.12% in a business turnover of 12,973 lots.
The price of silver for September delivery fell to Rs 2.17 lakh per kilogram in futures trade.
This drop is attributed to subdued domestic demand and weak global trends that are weighing on the precious metal.
Traders said lower demand in the domestic market, coupled with weak overseas trends, kept pressure on silver prices.
