Silver prices surged by 1.14% on Wednesday to around $57.80 as investors monitored developments in the Middle East and awaited the Federal Reserve's monetary policy decision.

The move came amid renewed tensions between the US and Iran, which pushed oil prices higher. WTI Oil rose 3.65% to around $81.20, ending a three-day losing streak.

The sharp rebound in oil prices reflected concerns surrounding energy supplies and prices. Rising energy costs can contribute to higher inflation expectations.

Market participants are now turning their attention to the Federal Reserve's monetary policy announcement, scheduled for 18:00 GMT. According to the CME FedWatch tool, traders currently see a 69.5% probability that the Federal Reserve will leave interest rates unchanged.
