Solidcore Reports Record Revenue, Returns $1.2B to Shareholders
Solidcore Resources plc (Solidcore) has released its half-year report for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The company's revenue totalled US$972 million in H1 2026, a significant increase from US$325 million in H1 2025, driven by higher gold prices and third-party processing recovery.
However, Solidcore faced temporary metal shipment delays from Amursk POX due to new customs regulations. This resulted in lower revenue in Q2 compared to Q1, with Q2 revenue at US$369 million (Q1 2026: US$603 million) and gold equivalent sales of 82 Koz (Q1 2026: 123 Koz).
The company's cash costs remained within full-year guidance, with total cash costs (TCC) of US$1,435/GE oz and all-in sustaining cash costs (AISC) of US$1,912/GE oz. Adjusted EBITDA totalled US$641 million, with a margin of 66%.
Solidcore reiterates its full-year 2026 guidance: production of around 540 GE Koz, TCC and AISC within the ranges of US$1,350-1,550/GE oz and US$1,850-2,050/GE oz, respectively. The company expects to remain in a sound financial position after returning US$1.2 billion to shareholders through an on-market tender offer.
