Soybeans Dominate Cash Bids with $178.24 Price Tag
The latest USDA grain price data shows that soybeans are leading cash bids at $178.24, significantly higher than other commodities. According to the dataset maintained by USDA AgTransport, this is well ahead of corn at $70.65 and Hard Red Winter Wheat at $53.47.
In terms of individual bids, the highest for soybeans was recorded at the Gulf - Louisiana market under the 30-Day to Arrive category at $14.12. Other notable bids include North Carolina's elevator bid of $13.03, Illinois' elevator bid of $12.91, and the Atlantic Coast's 30-Day to Arrive bid of $12.91.
For wheat, the Gulf - Texas market showed a Hard Red Winter Wheat bid of $9.27 on a 30-Day to Arrive basis, while Gulf - Louisiana posted a Hard Red Spring Wheat bid of $9.15 under the same category.
