Lode Gold Resources (TSXV: LOD) got a boost from Stormlands Mining's model of its Fremont gold property in Mariposa County, California. The model increased the net present value (NPV) to $511.5 million after applying current gold prices to public technical data.

The Fremont property is about 240 kilometres from San Francisco and covers approximately 13.56 sq. km. A historical mine on the site graded 10.7 grams of gold per short ton before it was suspended in the 1930s.

Lode Gold Resources is currently conducting exploration drilling on the property, with a pre-feasibility study (PFS) expected in 2027.

Stormlands' CEO Róisín O’Connell said that Fremont demonstrates what can be achieved when technical reports are treated as raw material for decision intelligence, rather than just an end product.
