Suzlon Shareholders Approve Resolutions Amid Predicted Turnaround
Suzlon Energy's shareholders have approved all resolutions at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Friday. This includes the adoption of financial statements for the fiscal year 2025-26, reappointment of Vinod R Tanti as Director, and approval of remuneration for Cost Auditors for FY26.
According to stock market experts, this signals a continuation of smooth corporate governance with no change in the company's fundamentals. They note that Suzlon shares have remained an ideal sell-on-rise stock in 2026, but predict a turnaround based on technical chart patterns.
The Suzlon share price has strong support between ₹38 and ₹40, which may remain sacrosanct. However, it is facing resistance at ₹46 and may reach ₹54 once it breaks above this level decisively.
Anuj Gupta, a SEBI-registered market expert, says that the adoption of financial statements and reappointment of Vinod R Tanti as Director signals continuation of smooth corporate governance and strong fundamentals. He notes that the market is expecting a spike in the order book of renewable energy companies due to soaring crude oil prices.
