Tantita Tackles Poverty and Infrastructure Gaps in Niger Delta Communities
Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), led by High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, has been working to protect Nigeria's oil assets in the Niger Delta region.
The company, which was appointed by President Bola Tinubu, has been focusing on securing pipelines and reducing crude oil theft, with its operations resulting in the security of oil pipelines, uninterrupted flow of petroleum resources, and a shift from constant loss management to stability and growth.
In addition to its pipeline surveillance work, TSSNL has also been investing in corporate social responsibility initiatives that aim to improve living conditions in host communities.
The company recently commissioned solar-powered boreholes and street lights in seven Delta State communities, including Ajomata, Ikweghwu, Ibada-Amukpe, Ibada-Elume, Oyohen, Amukpe, and Adagrassa, as part of its efforts to provide potable water and improve security and access to basic amenities.
