Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is making waves with its €320-million acquisition of Porsche's MHP consulting arm through its Netherlands subsidiary. The deal also includes a five-year strategic partnership worth €1.25 billion, focused on scaling artificial intelligence across Porsche's functions.
The government plans to sell up to 6% of Hindustan Copper via an Offer for Sale (OFS), with a floor price set at ₹514 per share. This represents a discount of roughly 9.5% from Monday's closing price of ₹567.90.
