Nigeria's President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has emphasized the importance of the Train 7 Project, now over 90% complete, in driving the country's economic growth and job creation. The project, led by Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), aims to convert Nigeria's gas reserves into long-term economic value.

Tinubu received a delegation from NLNG, led by Managing Director Adeleye Falade, who briefed him on the progress of Train 7 and the company's broader role in Nigeria's gas development agenda. The President congratulated Falade on his appointment, saying he was taking charge at a defining moment for the company and Nigeria's gas ambitions.

Tinubu described the project as a benchmark for delivery, partnership, Nigerian Content, and investor confidence. He assured NLNG that the Federal Government would continue to improve the business climate, provide regulatory clarity, and remove bottlenecks to major oil and gas investments.
