Tinubu Urges NLNG to Maximize Gas Reserves for Domestic Benefits

President Bola Tinubu has called on the management of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) to maximize benefits from the country's gas reserves, rather than allowing them to be flared. The President made this statement when he received members of the NLNG Board at the State House. He emphasized that domestic utilization should be prioritized to convert potential environmental liabilities into economic benefits for Nigerians.

Tinubu commended the team for maximizing and increasing the organization's capacity, adding that the company was ensuring a good return on investment. The President assured the team that he would do whatever is within his power to incentivize them to maximize the organization's potential for Nigerians' benefit.
