Tongguan Copper Foil Sees Revenue Jump on Lithium-Ion Battery Demand
Tongguan Copper Foil has reported significant revenue growth in the first half of 2026, with operating revenue reaching RMB 4.021 billion, a 34.16% year-on-year increase.
The company's net profit attributable to parent shareholders also saw a substantial surge, rising by 514.75% to RMB 214.9 million. Non-recurring-gain-adjusted net profit reached RMB 207.3 million, a 754.21% jump from the previous year.
The growth can be attributed to the ultra-thinning trend of lithium-battery copper foil and robust demand for high-frequency high-speed AI servers and data centers. The company's stable supply of cathode copper from Tongling Nonferrous Metals has also ensured a secure key raw-material input.
